How much will my Sherwani cost and what is included?
Our Sherwani Prices start @ Rs 6,999
This price includes a Sherwani, Kurta, and Pajama.
How long before the wedding should I order my Sherwani and what is the timeline after I place my order?
The recommended timeframe is 12 weeks before the function for a Sherwani.
After an order is placed your garments will be ready for trials within 6 weeks. On average 1-2 fittings are usually sufficient to achieve the desired fit.
What happens after I have selected my Sherwani?
Full body measurements and images are sent to our workshop. You can also select your accessories such as a Turban, pearl necklace, or Nagra Shoes to complete your outfit.
We accept cash or credit/debit cards. An email receipt will be sent once the payment is received.
Do you provide the groom’s accessories?
Yes. We provide a range of Accessories including shoes, embroidered shawls, turban, pearl necklaces, turban jewelry, pleated kurta, and ceremonial belt.

Where can I redeem the E-Gift Card?
You can redeem your E-Gift Card at our store and can also apply it in your online shopping with us, with applied T&C. The e-gift card cannot be redeemed partially. It must be used for its full value in a single transaction. Once it has been used, it cannot be used again.
What do I need to present at the time of billing?
Please present the printout of this e-gift card at the time of billing to redeem its value.
Can I exchange the E-Gift Card for cash?
No, the e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens if the invoice amount exceeds the value of the e-gift card?
If the value of the invoice is greater than the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance amount through cash, credit card, or debit card.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email and SMS confirming the order placement. You will be provided with the order number, details of the order, and the amount you have paid.
How to check the current status of my order?
The ‘My Account’ page would provide you with complete information about your order including the order status, payment status, and tracking details.
How can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, the details of your order populate in your ‘My Account’. You can cancel the order or specific items before the order gets processed.
What should I do in case of My Payment failed?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after 5 minutes, after ensuring the correct banking credentials are used. Do I need to create an account before placing an order?
We suggest you create an account if you wish to place an order. You can simply provide your details like name, user id & password to sign in, provide the shipping address in the second step, and select the payment method to place an order.

Is the color of my product the same as I see it on the website?
We have done our best to accurately display the colors of the garments on our website, however, the colors you see will also depend on the display settings and resolution of your monitor.
How can I avoid damage while washing the product?
We request our customers to kindly refer to the washing instructions mentioned on the tag of the product to avoid damage. Our products are made with handpicked delicate fabrics and are advised professional dry cleaning rather than home washing.
